why we can't get JPN version in PSN? (east-west orientation) XqS7jtk

anybody know why R̼̟̜̪͚yu͍̬ ͙̻̪͔͡g̬̳͔̻͇͢à̜̥͍͔̲ ̹̱͕͠G͔͉̰̰̣̤̭o͉t̫̳͉̱͚o̭̣͎̙k̖u͉͚͘ ͖͡3̪̟̫̣̘ remaster available almost in every asian PSN except japanese one ?

i just wanna play JPN version of the game, day one...SEGA please!
or maybe i don't know something...
any official explanation out yet ?
please help me figure it out...

okay...after a little research i find out that is a normal practice for japanese market.
First of all they make physical release and than, after some time, digital one:

Ryu ga Gotoku Ishin
physical release:  22.2.2014
psn release: 11.05.2015
Ryu ga Gotoku 0
physical release: 12.3.2015
psn release: 17.03.2016
Ryu ga Gotoku Kiwami
physical release: 21.1.2016
psn release: 21.09.2017
.....
